DeKalb city

Jay J. Behles, 20, of the 300 block of Willow Street in Kingston, was charged Friday, Dec. 14, with retail theft.

David G. Castro, 21, of the 500 block of Magnolia Street in DeKalb, was charged Saturday, Dec. 15, with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jennifer A. Cornell, 29, of the 2000 block of Fairlnad Drive in Sycamore, was charged Saturday, Dec. 15, with battery.

Travis B. George, 24, of the 800 block of West Lincoln Highway in DeKalb, was charged Saturday, Dec. 15, with possession of drug paraphernalia.

David M. Gregoire, 25, of the 300 block of Ash Street in DeKalb, was charged Saturday, Dec. 15, with possession of cannabis.

Tanya M. Gregoire, 24, of the 700 block of Lancaster Lane in Geneva, was charged Saturday, Dec. 15, with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Emanuel E. King, 17, of the 1000 block of Spiros Court in DeKalb, was charged Saturday, Dec. 15, with burglary.

Michael G. Miller, 31, of the 700 block of South Third Street in DeKalb, was charged Saturday, Dec. 15, with two counts of domestic battery.

Bobby Lee Pena II, 27, of the 1600 block of South Third Place in St. Charles, was charged Saturday, Dec. 15, with unlawful possession of hypodermic syringes and drug paraphernalia.

Jonathan Daniel Alagna, 26, of the 200 block of Hill Avenue in Bartlett, was charged Sunday, Dec. 16, with disorderly conduct.

Bernard Chestleigh, 21, of the 500 block of College Avenue in DeKalb, was charged Sunday, Dec. 16, with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Joan S. Coalindo, 32, of the 400 block of Lucern Avenue in DeKalb, was charged Sunday, Dec. 16, with two counts of aggravated battery.

Alex Manguya, 29, of the 900 block of Greenbrier Road in DeKalb, was arrested Sunday, Dec. 16, on failure-to-appear warrants for battery and driving under the influence of alcohol. He was also charged with driving with a suspended license.

DeKalb County

Byron Shepherd, 25, of the 800 block of Crane Drive in DeKalb, was charged Thursday, Dec. 13, with perjury.

Joel De La Cruz, 50, of the 1100 block of Alexandria Drive in Sycamore, was charged Friday, Dec. 14, with driving under the influence of alcohol, speeding and operating an uninsured vehicle.

Neil S. Moen, 61, of the 1700 block of West State Street in Sycamore, was charged Friday, Dec. 14, with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Monica R. Mataya, 24, of the 500 block of Dearborn Street in Plano, was charged Saturday, Dec. 15, with driving under the influence of alcohol and improper lane usage.

Rebecca L. Crain, 31, of the 1 block of Scardale Road in Montgomery, was charged Sunday, Dec. 16, with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence with a blood-alcohol level above the legal limit and improper lane usage.

Santiago H. Serna, 27, of the 28000 block of Brickville Road in Sycamore, was charged Sunday, Dec. 16, with aggravated assault and unlawful use of weapons.

Sandwich

Ryan D. Davis, 19, of the 800 block of North Main Street in Sandwich, was arrested Sunday, Dec. 16, on a failure-to-appear warrant for disorderly conduct.

Chad M. Gray, 39, of Streator, was charged Sunday, Dec. 16, with disorderly conduct.
