Donna Schultz Xidis was named to the Illinois 4-H Hall of Fame in a ceremony Aug. 10 at the Illinois State Fair.

The Illinois 4-H Foundation established the statewide Hall of Fame in 2004 to honor and celebrate extraordinary 4-H alumni, volunteers, and former 4-H staff.

“This is our ninth class of inductees since recognition began in 2004,” Angie Barnard, director of the Illinois 4-H Foundation, said in a news release. “It’s also our largest class, and we commend them for their commitment to the Illinois 4-H Youth Development Program.
